Emotions of Janakpur
Janakpur, the city of temples and cultural heritage, was a wonderful place for me to visit and immerse myself in the rich traditions of Mithila. After over a year apart, I returned to Janakpur last November with my family. The visit was a pretext to escape the monotony of daily life and experience a small bit of Mithila culture. I had the opportunity to witness a Mithila dance performed by actors from Mithila Natyakala Parishad and explore the old city.
The visit was a wonderful time spent with family, as I got to experience the unique charm and beauty of Janakpur.
