Chasing the Skies: My Day of Aviation Exploration with Aayush Timilsina
I went aircraft spotting with my good friend Aayush Timilsina, who was an avid aviation enthusiast. We went to the Tribhuvan International Airport, which was one of the busiest airports in Nepal.
As we walked around the airport, I could see the excitement on Aayush’s face. He pointed out all the different types of planes and told me interesting facts about each one. It was amazing to see how much he knew about aviation.
We spent hours watching planes take off and land. It was fascinating to see how each plane had its unique characteristics and design. Some planes were massive, while others were much smaller. I even saw a helicopter take off.
The best part of the day was when we saw a Airbus A330-300 take off. It was an incredible sight to see such a massive plane lift off the ground and soar into the sky. Aayush told me that the Airbus A330 is one of the most iconic planes in aviation history.
However, another memorable moment was seeing a LET 410 take off – a sight I had never witnessed before. The LET 410 is a small passenger plane with two engines that can transport up to 19 passengers. It was fascinating to watch it soar into the air, and I couldn’t believe how quickly it accelerated and climbed. It was an exhilarating experience that I won’t forget anytime soon.
Overall, it was a day filled with adventure, knowledge, and the excitement of being in the midst of aircraft that we usually only see from a distance. I am grateful to have spent such an incredible day with Aayush and look forward to more adventures with him in the future.
